我们做什么

韦尔斯利设施运营 & 维修部负责管理学院的建筑, 校园, and essential services by ensuring that all academic and residential spaces are regularly maintained and cleaned; performing preventative building and equipment maintenance; ensuring all 校园 incoming and ongoing mail is delivered in a timely manner; operating the College’s power plant, 它提供能量, 热, and cooling to the entire 校园; and overseeing 500 acres of Olmsted-designed landscaped grounds, 包括一个私人九洞高尔夫球场, 哪个是这个国家最古老的大学课程之一, 它的起源可以追溯到1893年. 操作 & 维护部门通过积极主动地识别和解决校园内推迟的运营项目和维护需求来支持学院的使命.
